Our missing is to increase the utilization of existing roofs by offering a way to contribute to society with green energy without making the large investment solar panels usually require.
Our goal is free up one million square meters of land area through utilization of existing roofs! That’s a lot of potatoes!

How it works
Soltak visit the location to assess suitable placement of solar panels. We make a site plan and estimation of energy production which we share to the property owner
If accepted by property owner, we enter a contract to rent the roof for 10-25 years. Soltak finances 100% of the solar panels, including installation and yearly service. We also set aside funds yearly for the removal of the panels when the rental periods ends.
The property owner is given access to their own page on our website where we each month publish how much green energy their property produced, and how much that is shared to them as rent, i.e. ~10% of produced electricity
Soltak finance it’s ownership of the panels through selling the remaining generated electricity on the spot market
Every property owner renting their roof to us is offered to use it as a “Path to Own”. This means we offer a pre-set price for each year that has passed since the instalment for which the property owner can purchase the solar panels to fully own them. For example you could rent your roof to Soltak for the first 3 years, then purchase the panels yourself for a discounted price compared to what it would cost to purchase completely new panels. This can be activated first after minimum 1 years of rent
By being a SunEnergy Partner, you as a property owner simply rent your roof to Soltak and let us handle the rest. We compensate you with ~10% of produce electricity
Just like being a SunEnergy Partner you receive ~10% of produced energy as compensation for renting your roof to us. On top of that, you write a purchase agreement to purchase the remaining 90% (or whatever share you’d like) of electricity produced, to fully convert your energy usage to own produced green energy
